AI-native training delivery

The delivery workspace for trainers who teach AI.
One tool. The whole room.

For independent AI trainers and small AI training agencies delivering live cohorts to corporate teams.

One space to plan the curriculum, run prompt tasks live, and see the whole room's outputs in real time — replacing slide decks, docs, polls, boards, and scattered ChatGPT tabs. After each session, captured prompts, boards, and polls auto-assemble into branded participant recaps and client‑ready proposals. Scale AI trainings without the midnight stitching.

30-day free trial. We email you when your workspace is ready.

The AI trainer's stack today

Slides in one tab. ChatGPT in another. Stripe in a third. And your curriculum was already stale by Tuesday.

You're not just teaching a topic — you're teaching tools that changed last week. Slides in Keynote. Prompts in a Google Doc. Sign-ups in Typeform. Stripe for payment. Notion for reading lists. Half the room on ChatGPT, half on Claude, half hasn't logged in yet. The prompts your participants tried? On flipchart paper, in a phone gallery nobody opens.

Meanwhile, every engagement platform answered the AI moment by adding an "AI Presentation Maker." Useful when you're presenting anything. Useless when AI is both the subject of the room and the medium of the work.

You're not a project manager. You're an AI trainer. You should be in the room — not stitching it back together at midnight, or re-recording your curriculum every time a model drops.

What boutique AI trainers actually need

Before the room. In the room. After the room.

Every AI cohort runs through the same three phases. Other tools give you a poll builder with AI sprinkled on top. RoomHelm uses AI at every step — to help you teach AI, not to help you make a deck about it.

Before the room

Plan once. Reuse forever.

Walk into every cohort with a curriculum already 80% ready. AI drafts the starting point from your topic; you shape it, save it, remix it across cohorts — and coordinate with the people on either side.

  • Reusable curriculum blocks across every cohort
  • A method library of prompt drills, model-comparison exercises, AI use-case maps
  • One place to coordinate with corporate buyers and co-facilitators
In the room

One link. Zero tab-juggling.

Run the whole live experience — in-person or hybrid — from one screen, no third-tab switching. AI groups and summarizes incoming prompt submissions as they land, so you spot the room's pattern instantly.

  • Instant polls, quizzes, and word clouds for warm-ups and knowledge checks
  • Live prompt tasks with submissions landing on your screen in real time
  • Breakouts and collaborative boards — no Miro tab, no Slido tab
After the room

Close the loop the same day.

Walk out with the deliverables already done. AI writes the recap, the corporate proposal, and the notes for next cohort — straight from what just happened in the room. Fast, honest, with the numbers L&D buyers want.

  • Export prompt submissions, board outputs, and poll results
  • Collect participant feedback in the same flow
  • Simple analytics that prove to L&D buyers the cohort actually moved
How it works

Three screens. One cohort. From sign-up to recap.

Every step of a live cohort — handled in one tool, with AI doing the lifting that should never have been on your plate.

Build the room
1

Build the room.

Drop blocks — or ask AI to draft a session from your topic. Reorder by drag. Add your reading list and toolstack. Save. That's the curriculum.

Run it live
2

Run it live.

Send participants one link. They follow the session on their device while you're at the front. Prompt submissions land in real time — AI groups them and surfaces the pattern as the room is working.

Close the loop
3

Close the loop.

AI generates the corporate proposal from the session. AI writes each participant's recap with reading list and apps. You leave with the deliverables already done. No midnight stitching.

What's inside

Everything an AI training needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

Stop opening the poll in one tab, the board in another, the agenda in a third, the sign-up form in a fourth. The tools you actually use in the room — pulled into one place.

Content

Blocks, not slides

Title, text, image, embed, prompt task, poll. Mix freely. Reorder by drag. Reuse across cohorts. Your AI curriculum, structured your way — and never stale between cohorts.

Library

Methods & templates, ready to go

Pre-built AI training methods — icebreakers, prompt-engineering drills, model-comparison exercises, evaluation rubrics, AI use-case maps. Drop one into your session, tweak, ship.

Planning

Agenda & timeboxing

Drag-and-drop the day. Time each block, watch the total. Catch the moment your prompt deep-dive overruns 90 minutes — before you're in the room. Multi-day cohorts handled.

Enrolment

Sign-up + payment in one link

Stripe-powered, connected to your account. Your money in your bank, not ours. Branded with your logo from the first click.

Live

Prompt tasks that submit in real time

Set a prompt task. Watch the outputs participants got — from ChatGPT, Claude, whatever they're using — land on your screen as they're written. No Slido. No Mentimeter. No third tab.

Engagement

Polls, quizzes & word clouds

Live polls, multi-choice quizzes, open Q&A, word clouds for warm-ups and end-of-day knowledge checks. The "wow moment" tools — built in, not linked out.

Groups

Breakouts with their own room

Split the cohort into small groups. Each gets its own task, its own board, its own timer. Bring them back when you're ready. Works for red-team / blue-team prompt drills as well as soft-skills practice.

Boards

Collaborative canvas & sticky notes

Infinite canvas, sticky notes, ready-made templates for retros, journey mapping, AI use-case mapping. In the room synchronously, or async between sessions. No tab-switching to Miro.

Follow-up

Auto-generated corporate proposals

Turn a session into a polished, client-ready training proposal in one click. Arrive at the next meeting with the deliverable already done. (Pro & Team)

Reporting

Recap, feedback & analytics

Export prompt submissions, board outputs, poll results. Send each participant a personalized recap. Show the L&D buyer the cohort's progress, with numbers. (Pro & Team)

Branding

Your room, your face

Logo, colors, custom subdomain. Participants never see RoomHelm — they see you. (Pro & Team)

Team

Co-facilitators welcome

Invite up to 5 trainers. Shared content library. Multiple facilitators in one cohort. Scale your delivery without scaling your chaos. (Team)

Is this for you?

Honest about who it's built for.

This is for you if…

  • You teach AI to corporate teams, PMs, or non-engineers in live workshops.
  • You run prompt engineering or AI literacy bootcamps with hands-on exercises.
  • Your participants try prompts and you review their outputs live.
  • You're a solo AI trainer, or a small training team running your own brand.
  • You believe AI should help you teach AI — not just help you make slides about it.
  • You issue corporate proposals, collect payment, send follow-ups.
  • Your curriculum changes monthly and rebuilding decks is killing you.

This is not for you if…

  • You record AI tutorials for YouTube or Udemy. (Use Teachable or Thinkific.)
  • You teach a semester-long university ML course. (Use Canvas or Moodle.)
  • You publish self-paced AI certifications with no live room. (Use Coursera or Maven.)
  • You host one-off AI webinars with no group work. (Use Zoom + Calendly.)
  • You want an AI Presentation Maker. (Most platforms ship one. Pick any.)

Live AI training delivered
RoomHelm — AI-native training delivery — was built running Project Management with AI: The Executive Masterclass — Albert's public 2-day program in Yerevan, delivered with partners Agentell and Buildup to PMs and senior leaders from teams like PEK, Pernod Ricard, UCom, Asian Development Bank, Viva, Coca-Cola, and Armsoft. Every feature was added because Albert needed it while teaching AI in the room that weekend — not because a product roadmap said so. Now it's open to other AI trainers.

Albert Poghosyan

Founder, Agentell

I didn't build RoomHelm to sell it. I built it because I needed AI-native training delivery — and nobody had built it.

I run corporate AI trainings. My stack was Keynote, Docs, Typeform, Stripe, half the room on ChatGPT, and recap emails at midnight. So I wrote RoomHelm instead — block-based curriculum, live prompt tasks landing on my screen as participants type, and a proposal generator that turns a session into a deliverable in one click.

It runs every training I deliver.

Here's where we honestly are: RoomHelm hasn't sold a license yet. The public product is in private beta. We're not a venture-backed platform with a sales team — we're one trainer who built the system he needed, now opening it up to others doing the same work.

Instead of inflated numbers, I want to offer something real: the first wave of trainers who join the waitlist get a full year of free access — no card, no demo call, no negotiation. In exchange, one thing: tell me what's broken. That's the deal.

If you're already in rooms teaching AI, RoomHelm keeps you at the helm and the room in motion.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't this just an engagement tool with AI bolted on?
No — and that's the whole point. RoomHelm is AI-native training delivery, built the other way around from poll-and-slide platforms. They shipped "AI Presentation Makers" to help you build a deck about anything. RoomHelm puts AI inside every step of delivering AI training — drafting the curriculum, watching the room as participants submit prompts, writing the proposal and recap at the end. The subject of the room is AI. The medium of the work is AI. The system running it should be too.
What's different from Teachable or Thinkific?
They're built for self-paced video courses. RoomHelm is built for live, in-room AI training — prompt tasks, real-time submissions, the trainer running the room. If your AI course has a play button, use them. If your AI training has a room, use RoomHelm.
Can participants run AI tools through RoomHelm?
Participants bring their own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whatever else you're teaching with. RoomHelm doesn't proxy the LLM — it captures what they tried and what they got, so the whole room's prompt experiments show up on your screen. You stay focused on teaching, not on logins.
My AI curriculum changes every month. Does RoomHelm handle that?
That's the whole point. Content is block-based and reused across cohorts. Update one block — every future cohort gets the new version. New model drops, new tool, new prompt pattern? Edit once. Stop rebuilding your deck every month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Web only. Trainers use a browser. Participants use a browser on whatever device they brought. No app store, no download, no "can you see my screen?"
Whose Stripe account collects payments?
Yours. RoomHelm connects to your Stripe account. Money lands in your bank. We don't take a cut of your revenue. Your platform fee is the flat yearly subscription — nothing else.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You pick a plan and add a card, or your workspace pauses. 30 days — no auto-charge, no card required to start. No gotchas.
Can I migrate from my current tools?
Bring your slides as image blocks, paste your reading list, drop your task prompts in. Most setups take under an hour. There's no import tool for Typeform or Notion — it's structured entry, not migration. But it's fast.
Does it work without internet in the room?
Participants need internet to submit tasks — that's the point of real-time submissions. The content blocks themselves are fast-loading and cache well. If you're in a venue with shaky Wi-Fi, the trainer view stays stable; participant submission is what needs a connection.
What if I outgrow Solo?
One click to upgrade. Your existing cohorts and content carry over. No re-import, no migration, no downtime.
